ethics of upcoming fashion trends. We assure the quality of our products and endeavor to provide absolute user satisfaction. Once the product
has been delivered by us, all EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use, as well as the below
Exchange & Return Policies.
We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you are unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning any defect in the product,
we will be happy to initiate an Exchange or Refund.

Exchange & Return Process by Satrangbanaras.com offers its customers an easy Exchange/Return Policy, where you can raise an
Exchange/Return request of products purchased on www.satrangbanaras.com, for all garments. The return request is required to be made
within 48 hours after delivery and the exchange request is required to be made within 10 days of delivery of the product(s).

We also accept partial returns where you can raise a return request for one products in you order. However, partial return shall not mean
damage garment set.Once you receive the product, please make sure you make an unboxing video for the same so as to have a video & photo
proof which will be required in case on any refunds or claims.

Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked
at our end. Some Products would have a “Red Colored: No Return” Tag which should also remain intact for acceptance of return.

Online You are requested to login to your user account on www.satrangbanaras.com and place an exchange and/or return request form the “My Orders” section.

We will initiate a return pick up once your request is received. The product should be properly wrapped, and you must
ensure that the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact.

We process refunds only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after the product passes our quality check.

Return Pick-up facility for exchange is available in selected locations, depending on the courier services in the said location. If you choose to
schedule a pick-up – Properly wrap the product in a packet, Do not seal the packet ,Keep the packet ready and open, to quicken the pickup
process.
Our staff will initially verify the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns
Desk/Warehouse.

You will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs (maximum amount reimbursable is of Rs. 150 per order). You must share a scanned copy of
courier bill/receipt with us. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing: It should contain the
weight of the returned product, Origin (residential/office) address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be
mentioned.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, refunds may take 3-4 working days to reflect in your account from the cancellation date.
